My name is Rodney Woods and I am thrilled to start anohter year as your principal. I have been with Bay City Public Schools for my entire 15 year endeavor through public education. Within this time I have served nine years as a classroom teacher and six years as an administrator both at the elementary and secondary levels. Personally, my true passion resides with elementary school age children as I believe in having a strong focus on student achievement and positive behavior support. Each of my experiences has added unique opportunities and challenges that have prepared me for this wonderful opportunity to serve as Principal of MacGregor Elementary.
